Excellent service!! Staff very polite and courteous with up to date information regarding how the work is progressing. Their pre purchase check up is the best. They take pictures of all problem areas, give a detailed report of what needs to be done immediately or can wait, and explained why. Best of all respected my decision of what work I wanted to have done. They gave me a time it would be ready and they delivered. This car now runs and handles like brand new and instead of selling it I'm keeping it! I would recommend them to anyone who asked, especially if they were looking for a thorough evaluation.

From my first contact with Buckley's-Greg- to the completion of service,I was much impressed with Greg and Steven's customer service. What struck me was the genuines of their interaction. While waiting for my car to be completed another customer came in to pick up her car. She reported the car problems she had encountered with another company, which Buckley's was repairing, and I was impressed with Steve's professionalism in that he did NOT put down the other company, but rather stated that there were some good mechanics with that company and it was unfortunate that she experienced problems.

My vehicle was taken in right on schedule as per the appointment time. The work was properly completed and my vehicle returned at the time I was originally told it would be. I am happy that Buckley's doesn't give you the standard 2 or 4 hours windows every other business tries to shove down your throat in today's business world. Afterall, it's my money and my time and the staff at Buckley's always takes this into consideration. They always are patient and prompt as humanly possible. Thank you!

On Thursday while running an errand, I noticed my brakes were acting funny. My car was scheduled for an oil change at Buckley's on Saturday. I called the shop and explained what was going on and asked if I could get the car in Thursday evening for a Friday repair - not a problem. Everything repaired and the folks at Buckleys are always on top of everything for their customer's safety! Great place to take your car for repairs!
