I got my car serviced back in October. I like to wait before posting reviews so that they’re my honest opinion. My 2017 Chevy Malibu was having power issues (randomly not starting, only enough juice to roll down the window halfway, etc.). The dealership (where I’ve always gotten terrible service) were giving me the runaround so I stepped out on faith and tried Buckley’s. Will likely never take my car anywhere else. The customer service was excellent! So far, no more issues with my car. I’ve always felt the least you can do when taking large sums of money from a person is be nice about it. Buckley’s gets this. I think dealerships are just too comfortable. Glad places like this exist to give them some competition.
