Excellent service!! Staff very polite and courteous with up to date information regarding how the work is progressing. Their pre purchase check up is the best. They take pictures of all problem areas, give a detailed report of what needs to be done immediately or can wait, and explained why. Best of all respected my decision of what work I wanted to have done. They gave me a time it would be ready and they delivered. This car now runs and handles like brand new and instead of selling it I'm keeping it! I would recommend them to anyone who asked, especially if they were looking for a thorough evaluation.

Great service. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable. He got my jeep in, diagnosed and repaired in great time. He explained the problem and the cost to me. I would definitely come back and recommend Buckley’s.

I got my car serviced back in October. I like to wait before posting reviews so that they’re my honest opinion. My 2017 Chevy Malibu was having power issues (randomly not starting, only enough juice to roll down the window halfway, etc.). The dealership (where I’ve always gotten terrible service) were giving me the runaround so I stepped out on faith and tried Buckley’s. Will likely never take my car anywhere else. The customer service was excellent! So far, no more issues with my car. I’ve always felt the least you can do when taking large sums of money from a person is be nice about it. Buckley’s gets this. I think dealerships are just too comfortable. Glad places like this exist to give them some competition.

This team is fantastic! I just so happened to get a flat tire on the way to a job interview right in front of the shop. They helped me out, no questions asked. Great people. I will be back!

I had an excellent experience, the crew took excellent care of my vehicle i have had my engine replaced with a lower mileage engine, and just got my ball joint done my jeep drives like when I first bought it.
