Old Cell Phones Don't Die...They Can Live In Glove Boxes.
Don't throw that old cell phone away. Federal law mandates
that all cell providers must forward 911 Emergency phone
calls and roadside assistance regardless of whether or not
the phone's service is activated. You won't be able to place
